Mini-HDMI Pinout
The mid-size HDMI connector (Type C) carrying all 19 HDMI signals for portable devices.
Overview
Mini-HDMI (Type C) is the intermediate-size HDMI connector found on DSLR cameras, camcorders, and some tablets. It carries the same 19 signals as full-size Type A - three TMDS data pairs, TMDS clock, DDC, CEC, HEAC, hot-plug, and +5V.
Compared to Type A, the positive signals of each differential pair are swapped with their shields, and the DDC ground, CEC, and reserved pins are reassigned, so the physical pin order is unique to Type C. Adapters are needed to connect to standard HDMI.

Notes
- Type C swaps each pair's positive signal with its shield relative to Type A, and reassigns the DDC ground/CEC/reserved pins.
- Signals are functionally identical to Type A; only the pin layout differs.
