The SN5445 and SN7445 are monolithic BCD-to-decimal decoders/drivers with full decoding of input logic, capable of sinking up to 80 mA per output. They feature TTL inputs and high-performance n-p-n output transistors designed for use as indicator/relay drivers or open-collector logic circuit drivers.
