Logic level & voltage

Logic level is 3.3 V (per the board specs). Power from 5 V on VBUS or 1.8-5.5 V on VSYS; GPIOs are not 5 V-tolerant. Adds onboard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi over the base Pico.
